Appointed principal contractors to design and build the 5 unit housing scheme for Oakfield Developments. We produced a welcoming family development which was sympathetic to the surrounding area whilst providing high quality family homes with exceptional build quality.

Jefferson Place, West Bromwich

Our second project with Oakfield Developments proved to be an outstanding success with clients, home owners and surrounding community. With a design and build brief C.J. Furey Construction delivered 42 apartments to the client on time, within budget and achieved a Best 1st Time Buyers award from the Birmingham Post and Mail demonstrating our expertise in construction by providing low cost and low maintenance building solutions to suit our clients needs.

The Junction, Willenhall

Working again with Oakfield Developments this project has proved to be our most demanding Oakfield site yet, however using our extensive experience and using our contacts within the industry we have provided an architecturally significant structure in Willenhall whilst providing a cost effective solution to the development of the site. Significant ground remediation, stabilisation and structural concrete works were undertaken at this development to deliver a desirable structure on time and within budget.

Whitehaven, Stratford-upon-Avon

Developer Oakfield Developments wanted to provide a world class, architecturally significant structure using the most up to date and innovative construction techniques and materials. When the project was completed the development gained 4 national and regional awards for design and construction. C.J. Furey Construction were involved in all areas of the construction of the award winning abode helping Oakfield Developments achieve national recognition for the project which has become one of the most desirable addresses in the Midlands area.

Victoria Centre, Nottingham

From the start of the Victoria Centre extension and refurbishment work in 1995, C J Furey Construction Ltd have maintained a continuous presence on site, working directly for Dusco Asset Management Ltd.

An office is maintained on-site with the daily presence of a site manager who has responsibility for the control of the site operatives, site safety, and liaison with the client.

To date C.J. Furey has constructed numerous sized projects at the centre ranging from refurbishment to new build including a large extension to the centre which houses units with top brand names from Next and Clinton Cards to name but a few. Our ability to co-ordinate works with other departments at the centre and the management of the complicated logistics processes involved in working within the busiest shopping area in Nottingham has ensured that we have maintained a long working relationship with Dusco Asset Management and Capital Shopping Centres.
