C.J. Furey was appointed by Colmore Tang Construction to install the foundations and groundwork elements of this major project.

We were contacted by Sandberg to investigate a recurring issue at the apartment development where there was a large scale ingress of water to underground car parks and communal areas.

The new leisure facility included a 25m pool, learner pool, sauna and steam room, a four-court sports hall, fitness suite, dance studios, a dedicated children’s adventure area and a cafe.

C.J. Furey was involved from start to finish on this project which involved working within a severely restricted site area with an adjoining live fire station that needed to remain fully operational throughout.

C.J.Furey was appointed to deliver groundworks and concrete works for a £12.5m development including a brand new cinema and leisure complex at intu Potteries Shopping Centre in Stoke-on-Trent.

C.J.Furey has been involved in a variety of complex projects on the Oxford University Science Campus for more than 15 years.
